19)       Residence of Mr. Robert Goelet, New York City (1970-1973).  Execution of five flights of decorative curved stair railings, balconies, grilles, fences, gates, fanlights.  H. Page Cross, Architect.

 

20)       Residence of Mrs. Enid Haupt, Palm Beach, Florida (1971-1972).  Design and execution of Directoire stair railing, Louis XVI skylights and torcherés.

 

21)       Riverside Church, New York City (1972).  Furnish special structural steel cribbing for the restoration and re-tuning of the bells in the carillon.

57)       Residence of Mrs. Jean Nidetch, New York City (1983-1984).  Execution of polished stainless steel, modern, stair railings.

 

58)       Residence of Mr. & Mrs. Joseph Hudson, Houston, Texas (1983-1984).  Replication of decorative, hand forged and cast bronze door with operable glass lite and fanlight.

 

59)       Restoration of Statue of Liberty, New York Harbor (1982-1986).  As a joint venture participant with the Nab Construction Company, College Point, New York.  Replication of original armature bars and saddles.  Disengagement of Torch and Flame, replication of “drum” or Torch with special fittings to attach the original Flame.  Fabrication of structural chassis’ to enable proper transportation as an art object.  Encompassing performance of remedial and restorative work at all damaged areas of copper skin.  Approximately 600 areas received attention, the most notable are the nose, eyes, lips, curls and upper body.

 

60)       Ellis Island - Main Building, New York Harbor (1984-1987).  As a jointventure participant with Simpson Metal Industries, (a division of the Nab Construction Corporation), Fred A. Munder, Inc. and L.H. Kent, Inc.  Execution of all of the new decorative copper elements which comprise the towers, creating and clerestory.

 

61)       Morgan Library, New York City (1985-1987).  Restoration of bronze entrance gates and bronze fences.  Restoration of the statue “Eros”, uncovered from the ruins of Pompei.

 

62)       Residence of Mrs. Mary B.D.T. Semans, New York City (1985-current).  Restoration of decorative iron and bronze marque, restoration of cast iron bay window, restoration of decorative, hand forged doors with overdoors.  Gerald Allen, Architect.

 

63)       Residence of Mr Bennett Lebow, New York City (1987-1988).  Design and execution of two Louis XVI stair railings with two matching sets of entrance doors.

 

64)       Residence of Mr. Donald Trump, New York City (1986-1989).  Design, engineering and execution of stylized Louis XV stair, stair railings and gates.
